Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been here for a while Information Technology and Computing Services (ITCS) is here to help.
Call the IT Service Desk at 252-328-9866 or 800-340-7081.

Visit the ITCS page and scroll down for phone support. You can also visit a Pirate Techs location on campus to request assistance.

Their Student Support page has quick links to submit a service request (support ticket), search their IT Knowledge Base and more.

Quick tips

Activate your Pirate ID to set up your ECU account. This is where you create your password/passphrase.
Visit the Pirate ID website if you need to reset your passphrase.
Connect to Wi-Fi at ECU for the first time (onboarding).
As an ECU student, you can connect to any institution that uses Eduroam. Onboard at home, then connect on the road! How to onboard to Eduroam.
Printing on-campus Students can print in on-campus computer labs or send a job from home for on-campus pickup at one of several print kiosks.
